Truro to Bodmin - 6 July

Another very hilly stage. When I was cycling slower than walking pace I got off and walked. Only 26 miles in a direct line but 44 if you go by Newquay and Padstow (lovely crab sandwich on the quay) as I did.

My friend 'J' made me a lovely breakfast. I had put her up for a few weeks with her previous viesler just over a decade ago.
 Say hello to Sky
Barked at me a lot but liked me really.

A rather lumpy stage today

 A viaduct near Truro
 The Richard Lander monument
 I wasn't idling through Idless
Trerice - A National Trust property
 A ford just after Trerice
Waiting for a fresh crab sandwich at Padstow
 Looking back after leaving Padstow
The rather nice Camel Trail - not least because it is fairly flat
Not a station, only a halt
 After a few grogs

 This evening's local brew

Menu is mostly Thai, other chocies over the page but I love Thai food
Had started my green thai curry before I remembered to take a shot
