Bodmin to Bude - 7 July

Breakfast was in the room but OK for a cyclist
My first view of Bodmin Moor

A lovely old bridge

This pub really appreciates the NHS
Mind the step as you cross over the wall
Especially for my friend Andy, the cheese fan
I had my lunchtime sandwich at this reservoir
An old RAF aerodrome
I only saw the sign after doing a lap of the runway!
What is wrong with the local youth who haven't tippexed out the 'S'
More silly village names
You have been warned
Another silly village name
Crabs in my hotel room, folded towels must be another £10 on the nightly rate
The beach at Bude, plenty of room
A frightening assault course at Bude
The Bude Light 2000
The light itself
The castle
Should you hanker for days of old
A very old hotel which I am delighted to be staying in, they have kindly let me park my bicycle in the ballroom.
Daily local beer intake (* 2 plus two large Rioja!)
Crayfish & Prawn cocktail to start, enormous and tasty
A whale on a plate, cod actually
Inbetween the eating and drinking I found the time to cycle 50 miles.
