Gloucester to Worcester - day 9 - 13 July

 Not often that you get exhorted to slow down

I foollishly ignored the wise advice and for 600 yards I slipped about on a wet mud track and at one point got pitched into the brambles for which i bear the scars.

 This is the track, the best bit probably. As slippery as sin.
