So here we
go, a double stage today as the first one was just too short, funny old world
when a 20 mile bike ride which would have left me knackered at the start of
March is now just too short to be bothered with.

This is the wider section of the track. I was touching both sides lower down. I met other LEJOGers at the top, five of them with a van which one drove each day and four rode. They were doing 200km that day.
